Even after the robbery and the theft
Even after there was nothing left
Once a heathen stole access to her sacred space
How dumb she looks when deceit meets delusion
What a disappointment
What a disgrace
Her eyes are set on happily ever after
Even after the cuts, the scrapes and
The wounds of yesterday
She gives it a second chance anyway
Silly, silly little girl
They say God only looks after children and fools but
Somebody tell me He looks after the hopeless romantic too
Somebody tell me something
