#28daysoflovepoems by Kiara
Words spoonfeed me
When I am hungry
Verse after verse
Slant rhyme birthed from quiet time and concentration
It’s not a traditional type of relationship situation
But these words tell me everything I want to hear but
can not express
I guess my mouth don’t have the gusto my mind has just yet
Anyway
Until my voice catches up with my brain
Me and these words- we hold hands and we pray
We dance and I thank them for all the magic we made
In my notebook on my desk and
In the poems I haven’t even written yet
Loving so good
I can’t get a word in edgewise
Everyday in February 2026, The House of Psalm will post an original poem about love — self-love, romantic love, parental love and so much more. #28daysoflovepoems | IG @thehouseofpsalm @kiaraleewrites
